Alleluia Tree

This five-movement cantata, with text by Susan Boersma, has original music and hymn arrangements by Mark Hayes. Appropriate for use on Palm Sunday, during Holy Week or throughout the Lenten season, two narrators walk the listener through Christ's last week. The music is well written, moving, and allows the story to shine through. The instrumentation is for flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon or bass clarinet, piano, and percussion. The performance/accompaniment CD is a midi rendering of this work. 22 minutes.
