Orders and Hurricane Sandy

Severe weather, flooding, and power outages due to Hurricane Sandy are causing some unavoidable service delays along the East Coast and more, which may affect our service to you. Some Daily Orders, Special Orders and Drop-ships, as well as orders in transit from a few of our suppliers (Examples: Alfred, Carl Fischer) will incur delays, or cannot even be fulfilled until everything is up and running again in that part of the country.

If you have a concern about a particular order, you may email us or call one of our locations. Have your specific order information available, and we will do our best to give you an update on it, as we can.
