To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the classic collection of dances, here's the release of the New England Dance Masters Chimes of Dunkirk - 2010 edition. The Chimes editors, Peter Amidon, Mary Cay Brass and Andy Davis have improved and updated the descriptions of all 25 dances in the book. The available CD (15683421) includes a new recording of Chimes of Dunkirk that is friendlier for beginning dancers and community dances, an additional recording of Galopede that allows dancers to do the great final "eggbeater" figure, and a new recording: Blaydon Races, to accompany the dance of the same name.
