Best Communities for Music Education

There are only a couple of days left to participate in NAMM’s Best Communities for Music Education (BCME) Survey: Amid a backdrop of arts education budget cuts, now more than ever, a “Best Communities for Music Education” designation can help sustain and grow your music program.

The NAMM Foundation annually recognizes schools across the U.S. that support music education and provide opportunities for children and young people to learn and grow with music. Their survey has been conducted annually since 1998.

The Survey: It’s online NOW for schools and school districts, and will be available until March 13, 2011. Click here to Review the District Survey. Click here to Review the School Survey.

The List: The projected announcement of the BCME final roster is Monday, May 2, 2011.
